    Week 2

    Make a handful of simple, realistic sugar flowers you can reuse across designs.

    Assembling a full design

    Week 3

    Combine finishes, texture and flowers into one cohesive cake design.

    Styling and photographing

    Style and photograph a finished cake so it's ready for a portfolio.
